Rev. Fr. Poly Varghese is a member of AFPRO Governing Body. He is a development specialist with about 20 years of experience in the field of social work and community development. He holds double master’s degree, MBA (H.R Management) from Annamalai University and MSW from Rajagiri Institute of Management, M G University. He is a Ph.D holder in Social Sciences. He is also a Diploma holder in NGO Management from COADY Institute- Canada. He is the Executive Director of Caritas India. He has served as the Executive Director of Welfare Services Ernakulum for more than 12 years where he has pioneered many innovative initiatives for smallholder farmers.
