AFPRO Outreach
Our ability to provide socio-technical support to all states in the country is made possible through the operation of four regional offices strategically located in Delhi for the Northern Region, Chhattisgarh (Raipur) for the Eastern Region, Assam (Guwahati) for the Northeast Sub-Region, Maharashtra (Ahmednagar) for the Western Region, and Telangana (Hyderabad) for Southern Region. These offices allow our teams to quickly reach and assist the communities we work with. Our services have gained international recognition, and we have extended technical support to various countries in Africa and Asia, such as Kenya, Ghana, Uganda, Afghanistan, Cambodia, and more.
We work primarily with socially and economically deprived communities in rural areas. These include small and marginal farmers and marginalized groups – Scheduled Castes (SC), Other Backward Communities (OBC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Below Poverty Line (BPL) families, landless, women, and children. These target groups are located across diverse geographies – rainfed (including arid and semi-arid), Disaster Prone (Drought, flood, and cyclone-prone), Hilly and tribal-dominated, coastal, and water-stressed.
We actively engage with Panchayati Raj Institutions, Research Organizations, various Ministries of the Government of India.
